We aim to dispatch all orders within a 48 hour period. Orders placed after midday on a Friday or over the weekend will be packed and shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. This does not include Bank Holidays.

While we work tirelessly to ensure every order is packed and shipped correctly, mistakes do happen. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can rectify our error. Please ensure any incorrectly received items remain unopened and we will resolve the problem as quick as we can!

YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND

Unwanted goods can be returned at your own expense, unused and in their original condition, with the tamper-proof seal unbroken within 14 days for a full refund. Please ensure that you notify of us of any return prior to sending it back.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS

While unlikely, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we're here to help! Just let us know what's wrong, and we'll do our best to make things right as soon as possible.

Once we have received a returned item, please allow up to 5 working days for it to be processed and for any exchanges to be dispatched.

If you selected to receive a refund, we will refund you the cost of the product within 30 days of our receipt of the item.
