Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made from edgevaping.com, operated by NextGEN360 Ltd trading as EDGE.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel your order, you must notify us within this period by contacting:

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • All packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened e-liquids
  • Opened nicotine pouches
  • Any product where the seal has been broken
  • Used vape devices or accessories

This is for hygiene and safety reasons and does not affect your statutory rights if items are faulty.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Return of the item for inspection

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method
  • Standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary.

6. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order

8. Lost or Missing Orders

An order is considered lost if not received within 14 days of dispatch.

If your order has not arrived:

  • We will investigate with the courier
  • A replacement or refund will be offered where appropriate

9. Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided
  • Failed deliveries due to customer error
