8. Cancellation & Returns
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method
- Original delivery costs will be refunded where required by law
- Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened e-liquids
- Opened nicotine pouches
- Any product with broken seals
- Used vape devices or accessories
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our products may contain nicotine, which is:

Discount Codes & Promotions
Discount codes:
- Cannot be used retrospectively
- May have minimum spend requirements
- Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated
- May be withdrawn or amended at any time
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse the use of discount codes where abuse, misuse, or error is suspected.
Loyalty Points
- EDGE Rewards Points are available only to registered account holders
- Points are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred
- Points have no cash value
- Points cannot be exchanged for money
- Points cannot be credited to guest checkout orders
- Points may be deducted or cancelled where items are returned or refunded
- Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned
- The maximum number of loyalty points that can be redeemed in a single transaction is 5000
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the loyalty scheme at any time.
We may suspend or delete accounts where we believe the loyalty scheme is being abused, including through duplicate accounts.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
