A vape coil typically lasts anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on your vaping frequency, e-liquid type, and wattage settings. You'll know it's time to change your coil when you notice a burnt taste, reduced vapour production, or a loss of flavour from your e-liquid.

Can I use any e-liquid with any vape kit?

Not always. The VG/PG ratio of your e-liquid should match your vape kit's coil resistance. Higher PG e-liquids (like 50/50 blends found in EDGE Core and Elite) are generally best for mouth-to-lung (MTL) kits with higher resistance coils (above 0.7 ohm), while higher VG e-liquids are suited for sub-ohm or direct-to-lung (DTL) kits with lower resistance coils (below 0.7 ohm) for larger vapour clouds.
